Ence Homes has been honored by Energy Star and the EPA five times as the National Energy Star Builder of the Year. Since becoming the first large builder in Southern Utah and Southern Nevada to partner with the EPA’s Energy Star Program, we have met the challenge of educating the general public and potential buyers about the Energy Star home program and the many benefits associated with purchasing an Energy Star home. All of our newspaper, television, radio, collateral materials, web site materials contain information about the Energy Star program.
