Ence Homes has participated in every Parade of Homes since inception in 1991 and has played an important role in the continual success by building beautiful homes every year.  In addition, they have supported community building projects for non-profit organizations like the Doctors’ Volunteer Clinic, Dove Center, and the Jubilee Home.  Ence Homes has sponsored multiple SUHBA and community events and programs. Through their dedicated service and many contributions, the local Southern Utah housing community has benefited tremendously.

Tracy is respected by his peers.  While he would prefer to be working with the trade contractors and suppliers on the jobsite, as an owner of the company with his brother, Troy Ence, he must spend much more time inside than he prefers.

He is supported by his wife Leslie, 3 daughters and 1 son, Cody, who works with him in the Real Estate side of the business, and 4 grandchildren.
