1. Financing
Pre-approval from our preferred lender to help you figure out your options.

- Down Payment vs. Your Income etc.
- Monthly Payment vs. Your Income etc.
2. Find a Location
Ence Homes has conveniently located neighborhoods throughout St. George, Utah and the surrounding area. From the excitement of a first home, to the luxury of a move-up or custom home, Ence Homes builds the home you want-the way you want. With the amenities you want right outside your door, including: parks, walking trails, pools, and pickleball; you’ll love our neighborhoods.

3. Your New Home Plan
- Choose from one of our thoughtfully designed floor plans
- Select your preferred exterior elevation to match your style
- Personalize your layout with the guidance of our in-house design team
- Finalize your personalized plan before heading to the Design Center
4. Design Center & Finalize
- Choose colors and other design features
- Finalize and sign off on details
- Down Payment so that we can start construction
- Receive username and password for homebuyer portal
5. Commence Construction
- Our project managers are highly experienced and communicative
- We have vigorous quality reviews and inspections
- Changes are per Ence's current change order policy

6. Move In
- Before closing, you will have a final walk-through and a new home orientation
- Closing at Southern Utah Title
- Home records, receive your keys
7. 10 Year Limited Warranty
- One year of workmanship/materials
- Two-year delivery portions for plumbing, electrical, heating, and air-conditioning delivery systems.
- Ten-year major structural components of the home.
- Your homebuyer portal will change to the homeowner portal, where you can submit your warranty requests.
