As the name suggests, you can see large pine trees, but it also acts as an escape from the hot summers St. George blesses us with. Needless to say, you will find nothing but peace and beauty in the surrounding area.

Communication throughout. Ence was honest with what they could and couldn’t do given the current supply chain environment. I appreciated the upfront approach and collaboration throughout. We put a lot of trust in Ence and purchased a home from them without ever even seeing it. We saw the lot but never even saw it, in person, during construction. Our realtor spoke very highly of Ence and her opinion seemed to correlate with reviews online which gave us confidence to purchase from them. From the beginning we almost felt like family with Ence. Somebody was always available for our questions - and we had many. They took several pictures for us during the building process to keep us updated. They worked around our schedule to close as we were traveling from out of state. During the walk through prior to closing a team of three came and toured the home with us. They provided an organized binder with information about the home including appliance instructions and warranty information. The experience was seamless. Even after purchasing they called us a month later to check in and ask us if there was anything they could address for us under warranty. I’ve been absolutely blown away with how well we have been taken care of.
