Pocket Mesa

Community Description
Pocket Mesa is beautifully nestled between Snow Canyon State Park, known for its beautiful red Navajo sandstone and breathtaking views created millions of years ago by lava flows and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, designed to help keep the natural beauty of the area untainted by human development. Head north just 10 minutes you will find yourself in beautiful Pine Valley. As the name suggests, you can see large pine trees, but it also acts as an escape from the hot summers St. George blesses us with. Needless to say, you will find nothing but peace and beauty in the surrounding area.
Access this neighborhood either from the north via Enterprise and Highway 18 or from the south via 1-15. Pocket Mesa has quick, easy access to all St. George has to offer just ten minutes away. That means you get to enjoy all the peace one needs for daily living without having to travel far for the luxuries society has given to us.
With an eclectic choice of diners, steakhouses, or fast food, you will find someplace delicious to eat. Diners like Hawaiian Poke Bowl celebrate the local islander palette, the world-renowned Anasazi Steak House features top of the line beef, or head to the sea with sushi from Benja’s Thai Garden. There is something for everyone.
With Dixie State University at its center, St. George will never leave you without something to do. Head into town and stop by at the Tilted Kiln to paint or create your own pottery. Visit historic pioneer architecture in historic downtown. Marvel at the world-famous outdoor Tuacahn Amphitheater or head to the local movie theater for a simple night out on the town. Regardless of your budget, you will be able to find something exciting to do in and around your home.
On the outskirts of town, you will find access to hikes suitable for all ages and abilities. Right before you get to St. George, pull off and enjoy some of the many miles of paved biking trails. Cruise along the natural curves nature provides while getting the exercise that will keep you fit and healthy. Hit the cliffs at Chuckawalla Wall to get your rock climbing needs fulfilled. Head just a little farther and you can find Gunlock reservoir, great for fishing and getting away from the daily grind. Whatever your outdoor desires are, Pocket Mesa keeps you close so you spend the majority of your time enjoying the activities rather than driving to get there.
The state of the art Dixie Regional Hospital is just 20 minutes away. The convenience of having such a hospital nearby will provide you with peace of mind knowing that, in the case of an emergency, you will be reached quickly and have the services needed to help you and your loved ones. With ample options for health care, pediatricians, dentists, etc., you will be able to choose a fit for your physical health care needs.

Testimonials
We appreciated the building timeline and daily reports with pictures. Out project manager, Tyson, was very professional and kept us up to date on the progress. We enjoyed working with Verla at the Design Center. I have been a licensed contractor in Hawaii for 32 years and I wish I could build a quality home as efficiently as Ence Homes built our new home. Thank you for the professional and beautiful home. Mahalo Nui Loa!!!
They had me so excited about everything, from start to finish. I really appreciated all the people involved from Tyson to Greg and Ed, to Terry from the design center. We received weekly updates with pictures while being built. We even got to meet Mike while he was placing shelves in the closets. The landscaper, Tad really has an eye for design. All in all, we are very happy with Ence, quality performance homes, and friendly accommodating folks. Everyone makes this normally stressful experience, very organized and easy. We love being part of southwestern St. George. Thank you to all the Ence people!!
