We take quality seriously, that’s why each home goes through multiple city inspections, internal checks, and a final walkthrough by our owner and Director of Operations. Before you move in, we’ll provide a personalized Home Orientation to make sure you’re confident and comfortable in your new space. Finally, on move-in day, we hand you the keys to your brand-new Ence Home, ready for you to create lasting memories!

Through the Ence Homes Portal, you can stay up to date on your home’s construction progress in real time, easily follow your build schedule, and review the colors you’ve selected. Throughout the building process, we perform multiple cleanings—during construction, before key milestones, and again after completion. Before you move in, we ensure every crack and crevice is spotless, so your home is fresh, clean, and ready for you to enjoy from day one. From the moment construction begins, a dedicated Project Manager will be overseeing the day-to-day progress of your home. They’re there to manage every detail, answer your questions, and make sure things stay on track. But we don’t stop there. Before your home is complete, it will be personally walked by both a senior Manager and an Owner of Ence Homes. This isn’t just a formality, it’s a hands-on, detailed inspection to make sure everything is finished to the highest standard. With their eyes on every detail, you can feel confident your home is being built with care, craftsmanship, and pride.

Before you move in, we’ll schedule a New Homeowner Orientation with you. A final walkthrough where we get to show you everything your beautiful new home has to offer. One of our home orientation specialists will walk through the home with you, go over all the features, answer any questions you have, and make sure every detail meets our high standards. It’s our chance to welcome you, make sure you feel confident and informed, and ensure your home is 100% ready for you to begin making memories.

Taking care of you and your home is a big part of who we are, and we’re proud to have a warranty team that’s been nationally recognized for outstanding service, including our very own Warranty Manager being named Leader of the Year! After you move in, you can easily submit any warranty requests through your Ence Homes Portal or directly on our website. Your request will go straight to our dedicated warranty team, and we’ll be ready to take care of it quickly and professionally.
