Can I make changes to any community or floor plan?
Customization is available on most of our standard plans. Please note: Red Trails, White Trails, Desert Trails, & Desert Talus are excluded.
How much do custom changes cost?
There is a $2,500 design fee, plus any additional costs for the specific structural or design changes you request. The total depends on the scope of your modifications. Our team will walk you through pricing upfront so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
