R-49 Attic Insulation
Ence Homes did it again—raising the bar with R-49 blown-in attic insulation. Already exceeding code, we’ve taken energy performance even further. It's just one more way we're building smarter, more efficient homes from the top down.
Super Seal Package
The Super Seal Package is an advanced air-sealing system that enhances a home’s airtightness and saves you up to 20% on your heating and cooling bills. By using foam and sealant at key framing, plumbing, and wiring points, it prevents unwanted air leaks, improving indoor comfort, energy performance, and noise reduction. This upgrade is now included at no extra cost.
