While we take great pride in delivering a high-quality home you’ll be proud to call your own, we also understand that homes are built by people and sometimes, a few final touches are needed after move-in. That’s why our commitment to you doesn’t end at closing.
We stand behind our post-sale service to ensure every detail lives up to your expectations. Because at Ence Homes, your satisfaction is just as important after you move in as it is the day you get your keys.
The Warranty Includes:
Every New Ence Home comes with a 10-Year Limited Home Buyer’s Warranty, proudly backed by Quality Builders Warranty.
The First Year The builder warrants the home against specified defects in workmanship and materials that are the result of nonconformity with Quality Builder Warranty Corporation’s warranty standards, as well as any major structural defects as defined in the warranty.
The Second Year The builder warrants the home against specified defects in the wiring, piping, and ductwork, as well as any major structural defects as defined in the warranty.
The Third through Tenth Years Should any major structural defect (as defined in the warranty) occur during this period, QBW, through the insurer, will repair or replace the defect, or pay the reasonable cost of the repair or replacement.
