The sales process was great. We had a great experience at our pre-construction meeting and were able to get the things we wanted for our house. Our time with agents at the model home was good as well.

Ence Homes has been in business for 65 years, has the best warranty, BBB is rated at 5 stars +, the shortest time to wait to build (about 4 months), some others take as much as 7.5 months. Was treated like a king. The home is very sound and well insulated. The family of Ence has been here in the St. George area in the 1870’s – well rooted. I bought four new homes and so far this builder, Ence, is the best by far of all homes I purchased.

My husband and I are from Canada and we had one day to spend in St. George to find a home before we had to head back to Canada. I had found an Ence Homes development on the net and fell in love with it. Before we came to Ence Homes that day, we went and checked out a few other new developments and then we came to Ence Homes.

We went into your show home and met your on-site agent. He showed us various floor plans and explained the quality workmanship that Ence puts into the homes that they build. Liked the efficiency of the building process as materials and service personnel arrived in an extremely coordinated manner. Once footings, foundation, and slab were poured, the house progressed in a “high performance” fashion and the entire project was completed in about 90 days! I had questions and requests during the build and contacted the construction superintendent, Tyson, who responded immediately to my full satisfaction. As expected, once in the home, there were a few issues to resolve and Tammy Williams, Warranty Manager, responded quickly and coordinated the scheduling of sub-contractors who fully resolved the items. This was our first newly constructed home and people would often comment that we are going to have problems! This was not the reality as our experience was as perfect as one could expect. The communication through out the process by our super was amazing and made sure all our concerns and needs were met. Mark was amazing during the construction process and couldn’t have been happier with anyone else. He took the time to explain everything during construction when I’d stop by and ensures all of my concerns were met. Best service of three builders I have purchased homes from in the last three years!

All people that were directly involved with the various aspects of the house including the landscapers were in contact with me. And I could easily contact them with any questions. I lived in a whole other area of the state. I could not go to the construction site. I received many, many pictures as it progressed. From two different people taking pictures showing me details both in and out with every stage. They treated me like I was the only person they needed to be concerned about in all aspects. Right to the end. After I closed, there was a big red bow on the front door with an Ence home package tag signed by all people in the departments. On my kitchen island was a very large basket FULL of everything you might need to function in the house without finding your own in boxes somewhere first. Like paper towels, dish detergent, toilet paper, toothbrush toothpaste, hand soap. Laundry detergent, window cleaner, and many more needed items when first moving into a new house. Great fore thought was made in all areas. They even finished building a good month earlier than I was told when I gave them my earnest money. I am very pleased with very high-quality products. For instance, Pfister bathroom fixtures are standard for Ence. Overall it was a smooth enjoyable experience and I am very pleased with all elements of my purchase.

We put a lot of trust in Ence and purchased a home from them without ever even seeing it. We saw the lot but never even saw it, in person, during construction. Our realtor spoke very highly of Ence and her opinion seemed to correlate with reviews online which gave us confidence to purchase from them. From the beginning we almost felt like family with Ence. Somebody was always available for our questions – and we had many. They took several pictures for us during the building process to keep us updated. They worked around our schedule to close as we were traveling from out of state. During the walk through prior to closing a team of three came and toured the home with us. They provided an organized binder with information about the home including appliance instructions and warranty information. The experience was seamless. Even after purchasing they called us a month later to check in and ask us if there was anything they could address for us under warranty. I’ve been absolutely blown away with how well we have been taken care of.
