This Friday, June 25th is the Treasure Valley Ribbon Cutting at 2pm. The Grand Opening is this Saturday, June 26th, starting at 10 am. All are invited to join Ence Homes in celebration of their new Washington Fields community.Directions: Take river road and turn at 1450 South (at Summit Gym) stay on that road until it wraps around the hill then take your first left at 3650 South (in Washington Fields), follow the Ence Homes directional signs an turn right on 20 East. City of St. George down payment assistance program is a federally funded program with a goal to assist eligible home buyers with down payment and/or loan closing costs by providing up to $10,000 in the the form of a non-interest bearing loan payable when the home is sold or refinanced. If not sold or refinanced prior to 15 years, payback is forgiven.Eligibility Requirements:

  • 18 Years of Age, U.S. Citizen, or a Resident
  • Owner-Occupied within St. George City Limits
  • Maximum Home Price Allowed is $247,368 for Detached Home
  • Maximum Home Price Allowed is $131,995 for Townhome/Condo
  • First Time Home Buyer
  • Household Income Limits (Refer to below table)
