Liked the efficiency of the building process as materials and service personnel arrived in an extremely coordinated manner. Once footings, foundation, and slab were poured, the house progressed in a “high performance” fashion and the entire project was completed in about 90 days! I had questions and requests during the build and contacted the construction superintendent, Tyson, who responded immediately to my full satisfaction. As expected, once in the home, there were a few issues to resolve and Tammy Williams, Warranty Manager, responded quickly and coordinated the scheduling of sub-contractors who fully resolved the items. This was our first newly constructed home and people would often comment that we are going to have problems! This was not the reality as our experience was as perfect as one could expect. Ence Homes has been a very professional builder, and I endorse their reputation as the finest builders in St George!  -Gary & Gail McEachern
